Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions and advice for backpacking Cook Islands?
Do they have any hostels in Rarotonga and the Islands? Any recommendations?
Best ways of travelling around the islands?
Thanks

Cook Islands backpackers will find this peaceful destination to be a friendly and very safe environment and one in which they can explore at will without getting into cultural difficulties. This is a great idea:)

Hi,
If you are travelling from now until mid December there will be a lot of cruising (private) yachts travelling through Rarotonga on their way to NZ or Australia... whilst in Rarotonga they will also possibly visit Aitutaki and other islands... so it is worth heading down to the boat harbour and chatting to any of the yachties down there... you might get a free ride to other islands or indeed a great adventure back across the pacific to Asutralia or NZ.
