Oman

Oman is part of the GCC, the countries name is not very popular in travelling. Most of the people know the city of Muscat which is the capital of Oman. Travelling in Oman must also be in your list when you want to travel across the middle east. Oman, although known as a dessert, the place is full of greeneries and you will not tell that you are in a dessert country. Salalah is one of the beautoful tropical cities in Oman, in this place you cannot imagine how it is located in the middle of the dessert. Oman Nationals are very nice and peace loving people. Being a muslim country, tourist must show respect to the culture that they have there and you will gain the same respect that you'll give.

I love muscat city for it is having a lot of mountains made of rocks and of course the beaches there are awesome.

I've been been there..it wasn't intentional I was flying through to Europe and ended up having to have stop in Oman (Oman is one of the major airport hubs in the middle east). So I'd been there countless times travelling through, but this was the first and only time I'd eve actually stepped out of the airport before. It's quite nice and clean, I was only there for a couple of hours so didn't really get to do anything.
