Ola, I am wanting to go to Europe in December but all flights are $2500+. Does anyone know if cheaper flights are released later in the year or this will be the price year round?

You should be able to get flights for less than that now. If you give some locations and dates I can take a look.. or try a bunch of websites like www.travel.com.au, www.kayak.com, www.expedia.com.au, etc. Always double check with the airlines website as sometimes they sell cheaper or have less fees.
Sometimes it also pays to see a travel agent. They sometimes get airlines and routing that doesn't show up online. Air Asia can be worth a look too.
December is a peak time for travel to Europe so prices tend to go up (rather than down) the closer you get to travel time.

Yep, especially the cheaper seats. Try Trailfinders, they have given me better fares (and service) than FlightCentre every time I fly to the UK.
